The Sprint Challenge
How does the Sprint Challenge actually work?

Entry is by application. You book a 20-minute strategy call so we can look at your firm, your goals, and your current pipeline together. If we both agree it's a fit, you lock in your $297/mo founding seat on the call and we get you launched on RevvMax Pro the same week.

For 30 days everyone in the group runs our proven Meta ad templates and works the qualified leads we send into your CRM. At the end we tally two things: total proposals sent, and total revenue closed. The architect on top of either leaderboard wins the $1,500 ad credit. Tiebreaker goes to total revenue closed.

Why $297/mo? Isn't this just the regular platform price?

It is, and that's the point. The Sprint Challenge isn't a separate product. It's the same RevvMax Pro that our existing clients pay for, packaged as a 30-day group kickoff with a $1,500 ad credit prize on top.

Right now $297/mo is the founding rate. After this launch wave closes, the price moves to $997/mo for new members. If you join during the Sprint, your $297/mo rate is locked in for life, even when the price goes up.

What does the $1,500 ad credit actually cover?

We push $1,500 of ad credit straight into the winner's Meta ad account. At $50/day spend that's roughly 30 days of ads fully paid for by us. You keep every lead, every proposal, every deal that comes out of it.

No clawback, no strings. The ad credit is yours the second you win.

What happens if I don't win?

You still walk away with 30 days of access to the platform, every proposal you sent, every qualified lead we delivered, and the relationships you started. Most architects in our challenges close at least one project during the 30 days, which more than pays for the platform for the rest of the year.

If you want to keep going, you continue on at the regular $297/mo. If not, no problem, no contract.

Do I have to keep paying after the 30 days?

No. After the Sprint, you can continue at $297/mo (no contract, cancel anytime) or step off. No auto-rebill traps, no surprise charges. We'll tell you exactly what happens on the onboarding call.

When does the Sprint actually start?

As soon as the 10 spots fill. We launch everyone on the same Monday so the whole group gets a fair starting line. Once you book your onboarding call, you'll get a calendar invite for the official kickoff.

Do I have to be a marketer to use this?

No. That's the whole point. We've templatized every ad, pre-built your CRM, and made campaign launch a 6-click process. You don't need to understand Meta's ad manager, write copy, or pick audiences. We've done all of that.

You log in, click through the launch flow, set your daily budget, and go.

How long until I see leads?

Most clients see their first qualified leads inside the first 7 days of going live. Speed depends on your daily ad budget and the volume of architects and projects in your geographic market.

The Wednesday Q&A calls are where we help you optimize if you're not seeing the volume you want.

What counts as a "qualified" lead?

Three things. One: confirmed project type (residential, commercial, multi-family, etc.). Two: verified budget range and funding source. Three: established timeline so you know if they're ready in 30 days or 6 months.

Our team vets every lead before it hits your calendar. You're not chasing tire kickers.

What if I'm bad at sales?

The sales training program covers everything from initial discovery calls to closing high-ticket architectural engagements. You get the same SOPs and scripts we give our $5K to $10K/mo high-ticket clients.

How much ad spend do I need on top of the $297/mo?

You control your ad spend separately on Meta. We've seen clients win Sprints on $30 to $50 a day. Some go higher. You set the budget, you pause whenever you want, and we help you optimize on the weekly Wednesday calls.

And remember: if you win the Sprint, we cover the next month's ad spend for you with the $1,500 credit.

Is this for new firms or established firms?

Both. We've worked with firms from $100K/year up to $10M/year. RevvMax Pro is designed for any architect who wants more inbound projects without becoming the marketer.

I'm not an architect. Can I still join?

The Sprint Challenge is specifically built for architects. The ad templates, qualification logic, and sales frameworks are all designed around how architectural projects get scoped, funded, and decided. If you're in an adjacent field (interior design, residential builder, etc.), book a call and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.

Why do I have to book a call first? Can't I just pay and start?

Short answer: no, and on purpose. The Sprint Challenge is by application only. We only run it with 10 architects at a time so every seat gets real attention — weekly Q&A, hands-on launch support, sales coaching on your actual deals. We can't deliver that to people who aren't a fit, so we look at every firm before they're in.

The call is a no-obligation 20 minutes. We'll look at your firm, your pipeline, and your goals, and tell you honestly whether this is right for you. If it is, you can lock in your $297/mo founding seat on the call. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too — and point you toward what would actually help.

How does the refund work?
